Timeline Memory Licensing

One Timeline Memory installation supports the 7-day trial and activation with a purchased license key. Installing or downloading the software does not start the trial.

Start the 7-day trial

   Open Timeline Memory in Premiere Pro while connected to the internet.

   Select Start 7-Day Trial on the activation screen. The trial begins after successful validation, not when the installer is downloaded or run.

After successful validation, the trial can continue offline for up to 72 hours. Offline use does not extend its original expiration date.

Activate a purchased license

When the activation screen is shown, enter the key supplied after purchase in License key under Activate Full Version, then select Activate License. The key must be verified online.

Check your status

In the panel, open Settings > License Details to review the current status, license type, app version, last verification date, and trial end date when applicable.

If verification fails

Check your connection and the error shown in the panel. If you already purchased, confirm the key against your purchase email. If the issue persists, contact support with the error text, Timeline Memory build, and Premiere Pro version. Do not post your license key publicly.
