LookDev Installation

The LookDev Windows installer supports Maya 2025 and Maya 2026. Choose Full to install all LookDev modules for both versions, or Custom to select the Maya versions and modules you use.

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11
  • Autodesk Maya 2025 or Maya 2026
  • V-Ray for Maya installed and loadable for the complete lighting workflow

Install or reinstall

    Close Maya and run the LookDev Windows installer.
  2. 2
    Choose Full, or choose Custom and select the Maya versions and LookDev modules you want installed.
  3. 3
    Start a selected Maya version and click the LookDev shelf button.
